I decided to try my hand at customizing a Luna fashion pony because I haven't seen it done before. Her body is painted in Krylon Forever Blue, and her hair was dyed with Splat aqua hair dye.
She looks awesome!
Need this. O_O Been complaining at how sexist it is that all the Princess Luna toys they have are the girly pink and purple ones. O_O NEED
eeep! how much for a custom??? note me?
Thank you! XD Sorry to say, but she has been sold.
*DROOLS... that is so much better looking than the toys they sell at the store XDD
Very beautiful job, she looks very show accurate.
That looks so much more like Luna.
She's so beautiful. Where did you find the paint and how did you get the paint to stay? Where did you find the dye and how did you dye her hair? I want to do that.
I am posting a tutorial on how to next week. I took photos and I will write up detailed instructions. Please watch and you won't be disappointed.
How much would you want for a duplicate of this one??? O.O I'm a huge avid Luna fan.
When you say duplicate would you send me one to customize or would you want me to go out and buy one and alter her? I am selling this exact one very soon, after July 1st. Send me a note and we will talk.
Bought her! As soon as I saw her she was mine, no one elses >.> She's soo adorable! However, any recommendations on how to make a neckpiece for her?
Personally, if you are in to sculpting/modeling I would use poly clay. It's available at most craft stores, and it bakes very well. I used poly clay for the horn and wings on the two filly princesses. ^-^
Soooo perty! Luna is best pony <3
I will be posting tutorial pics soon. I have a friend who needs me to repaint her Luna. ^-^
Thank you! She was a real challenge.
I-I can tell O//A//O But she is awesome! X3
Honestly I was surprised that the hair dye worked this well. I just can't get her wet or it will run like crazy.
